Our highly professional and skilled in-house implementation team has deep retail experience across a range of verticals. Our integration experts are knowledgeable about leading integration technologies and platforms, and we manage projects in accordance with PMI standards. We customize our individual implementation plan to suit each customer’s specific needs, but we generally roll out your new system in four core phases:

 

Strategic analysis: During this phase you will be assigned a project team from Island Pacific.  Your team will work with you to build a plan to allow you to realize your current and future business goals using the Island Pacific software.

 

Conference room pilots: This phase involves participation from multiple areas of your business. Key users will be walked through hands-on examples of the systems and processes identified during the strategic analysis phase. This helps finalize the specifications for the launch plan.

 

User training: The user training phase will be approached in one of two ways: train the user or train the trainer. The training is accompanied by documentation. This phase also involves a comprehensive system integration test to run through and validate each and every procedure.

 

Go live and post implementation support: The Island Pacific team will continue to work alongside your team for the important go live and post implementation support.
