The Island Pacific ESB acts as the broker for all data between the Island Pacific Merchandising suite of products and multi-channel, warehouse, financial, planning and allocation, sourcing and procurement, as well as any other system not being directly used within the Island Pacific Merchandising suite of products. The ESB is the API hub where all internal and external API points are defined and available. The broker is responsible for managing the data between systems, and a key player in messaging/alerting. This is the vehicle by which all interfacing into Island Pacific Merchandising occurs.
