The stage was set to highlight many projects which have come to fruition to support retailers aiming for growth and scalability as well as ensuring the customer journey is seamless which included:

Island Pacific SmartRetail:  Introduction of the multi-business stock ledger allowing retailers to manage separate business entities within the same instance.

Island Pacific SmartOmni: Additional advanced complex algorithms to ensure retailers are able to deliver time and time again on the customer promise.

B2B Supplier Portal: For real time on line communications with a retailer’s global vendors including full drop shop integration.

B2B customer portal: For retailers who want to provide their franchise and wholesale partners to communicate with them in real time

Island Pacific SmartStore: Highlighting the New UI presentation layer which is entirely configurable.

Island Pacific SmartPlanning: Additional features to further refine it’s capabilities including Forecast Manager, Assortment Manager, Allocation Manager, Store grading and Size profiling

Island Pacific SmartWeb: Best practice front end with responsive website design
